The art of sharing emotions
The « Tamada » is the Georgian Toastmaster able to lead the “Supra” – traditional georgian banquet – and officiate at the feast. Its main duty is to toast, which gives him the ability to raise different issues and make “Supras” more stimulating, spiritual, and emotional. It is still a very important tradition in Georgia, land of humility and generosity.
My inspirations to beautify this Brand, come from my own emotions. I’ve been several times in Georgia and fell in love with this country from the first journey. I wanted to reveal the preciousness of this culture by underlining some archive pictures, in black and white, with hotfoil details. Also, this brochure tells a story : with the accordion painting which is an analogy with the Tamada making its toast, opening conversations, and hearts. Also, Nikos Pirosmani is Georgia’s most famous artist. I’ve used some of his painting to illustrate these traditions and rituals.
